So, are you ready to craft your own playbook?
A marketing playbook is a detailed guide that outlines your business's game plan for your marketing efforts. It describes what you want to achieve (your goals), who you're trying to reach (your audience), and how you plan to do it (your strategies and tactics).
The playbook also include a timeline or action plan so you know when to implement each part of your strategy. The idea is to have a clear, easy-to-follow plan that you can refer to, and that keeps all your marketing efforts aligned and focused on your goals.
Since this is considered an Intensive, we will move quickly but with a lot of intention! I recommend allowing one week in between each session so you have time to integrate and take action steps before we dive deeper. This means the project will typically span 2-3 weeks total.
The Marketing Playbook Intensive is a consulting service, not coaching. In this service, I take on the role of a trusted expert, sharing insights and recommendations drawn from my career experience and industry’s best practices. You can consider me your guide and advisor as we craft your custom marketing playbook.
Coaching, on the other hand, believes that the client (aka you!) hold the answers within, and the coach's role is to help draw them out.
That's great to hear! If you've already established parts of your brand or marketing strategies, we have an excellent starting point. There's no need to construct these elements from scratch. However, we may choose to refine or revisit them to ensure they align with your overarching business goals. This may also leave us with more time to concentrate on concrete tactics, and perhaps dive deeper into growth strategies.
Absolutely not! While social media can play a significant role in expanding your brand's visibility, it's far from the only tool in the marketing toolbox. Our discussions could also cover areas such as email marketing, website development, as well as partnerships and collaborations. The goal is to create a comprehensive marketing strategy that leverages multiple channels and tactics to grow your brand.
